Why wood
Modules are finished indoors, sheltered from the weather, to the millimetre. Quality doesn’t ride on the forecast, or the rush.
The building goes up in weeks, not years. Less noise, less site traffic, less disruption for the neighbours.
A timber frame stores carbon for the building’s whole life. Construction stops being a source of emissions and becomes a store for them.

The process
How we build
The factory and the site move in parallel. Once the foundations are ready, the frame goes up in days, not months.
Every module is built indoors, in the same conditions and to the same precision. Quality doesn’t depend on the weather.
Standardised production gives a day-accurate schedule and a price that holds.
